INTRODUCTION
Pattern Glass is a flat glass manufactured using the calendering method, and the manufacturing process is divided into the single-roller method and the double-roller method. The single-roller method is to pour the glass liquid onto the calendering table, the table can be made of cast iron and cast steel, the table or rollers are engraved with a pattern, the rollers are crushed on the surface of the glass liquid, and the embossed glass is sent into the annealing cellar. The two-roller method of producing embossed glass is also divided into two processes: semi-continuous calendering and continuous calendering, where the glass liquid is passed through a pair of water-cooled rollers and pulled forward with the rollers to the annealing cellar, where the lower rollers generally have a concave and convex pattern on the surface, and the upper rollers are polished rollers, resulting in embossed glass with patterns on one side.
