Perovskite Tandem Technology & AR Anti-Reflective Self-Cleaning Composite Film

Built around perovskite as the core technology, we’re advancing two mainstream routes — single-junction perovskite modules and silicon-perovskite tandem cells — breaking past the theoretical efficiency ceiling of conventional silicon cells. Single-junction cells top out near a 33% theoretical limit; our tandem cells have already surpassed 34% in the lab. Abundant raw materials and low production energy use also give this route a clear manufacturing cost advantage, and it can be made into flexible, semi-transparent modules.

The encapsulation glass pairs an AR anti-reflective coating with a TiO₂ photocatalytic self-cleaning layer, giving the surface a super-hydrophilic, anti-fouling quality — dust washes away naturally in the rain, cutting O&M costs significantly. It’s a strong fit for high-efficiency ground-mounted stations, BIPV integration, and specialty flexible applications.

Frontier PV Technologies & High-Transmittance Microcrystalline Dual-Glass Tandem Technology

We’re looking ahead to frontier routes including quantum-dot solar cells and carbon-based nanostructure PV. Quantum dots use quantum size effects to precisely tune the light spectrum, and multiple-exciton generation pushes conversion efficiency further past today’s theoretical limits. Carbon-based materials like graphene and carbon nanotubes bring ultra-high flexibility, excellent carrier transport, and lightweight construction — suited to wearable electronics, IoT sensing, and specialty mobile power.

On the encapsulation side, a microcrystalline glass substrate paired with a multilayer nano anti-reflective film and a dual-glass tandem structure balances ultra-high light transmittance with superior mechanical strength. Surface flatness and optical uniformity both improve significantly over the previous generation — built for large ground-mounted stations, commercial color-steel-tile roofs, premium BIPV curtain walls and skylights, and residential PV tiles.
