INTRODUCTION
Insulated Glass or Double Glazing Glass, DGU, IGU, is a special kind of glass that features two panes separated by an inert gas. The layer of gas works to diffuse heat transfer, which means your home stays cool if you want it cools or heated if you want it warm. When the temperature inside can remain steady, it’s more affordable to heat or cool your home all year long.

APPLICATION
Insulated Glass is widely used for Windows and Doors, Facades and Curtain Walls, Refrigerator as well as  places where the constant temperature and moisture, sound and heat insulating are needed.

WeQ Quality requirements:
The insulating glass meets the national standard GB11944-2002. there can be no stains, handprints, inclusions and sealant splash marks within the air layer of the insulating glass.
The sealant is made of polysulphide glue, evenly applied, with a uniformly applied cross-section, and no gaps or interruptions are allowed. No hidden danger of air leakage is allowed.
The interface between the sealant and the aluminium spacer is smooth and there is no leakage. The thickness of the outer sealant layer is in accordance with national standards. The thickness of the aluminium strip is uniform and the air permeability holes are evenly distributed.
