PACKING

WeQ Quality requirements:

Float glass is of first class
Dimensional tolerance, length, width ±1mm, diagonal ±2mm, shaped glass shortest side and beveled side dimensional tolerance not more than 3mm.
Curvature, according to the Australian standard, the arch deformation is within 3‰, and the corrugation deformation is less than 0.5mm within 300mm.
Polished edges, high quality polished on all four sides, no grinding wheel marks or chipped edges.
Each piece of glass has the certification mark silkscreened on the bottom right corner (3cm from the bottom and right side), with a clear silkscreen pattern.
All four corners are XX corners, with complete corners and no chipped or bumped corners.
Drilling requirements, as specified on the drawing, machine drilled to a tolerance of ±1mm, with neatly rounded edges.
Grooving requirements, as specified on the drawings, waterjet grooving, size tolerance ±1mm, grooving edges neat and rounded.
-The surface of the glass is required to be free from scratches, knocks and stains and clean.
-Tempered glass requirements in line with the national standard GB15769.2-2005, unit area within 50x50mm, grain size of not less than 50 grains.
