INTRODUCTION
Laminated Glass is made up of two or more sheets of glass bonded together with a clear or colored Poly Vinyl Butyral (PVB) interlayer. Various transparent or translucent shades and color can be achieved by using different colored PVB. After the plastic has been placed between the glass sheets, the whole assembly is subjected to heat and pressure. This results in the complete adhesion of the vinyl and the glass. In the event of breakage, the glass fragments remain bonded to the PVB. If the glass breaks, the fragments of glass are held in place by the PVB interlayer(s). In fully framed installations the broken glass retains residual strength while awaiting replacement

Laminated glass conforms to national standard GB996-1999, bending degree ≤ 0.3%. Dimensional tolerance, length, width ±1mm, diagonal ±2mm. right angle maximum stacking difference of 1mm.
No internal impurities, air bubbles, watermarks; no scratches on the surface, clean and tidy, no wrinkles and streaks allowed.
No bursting edges, complete corners, no missing corners, no bumps, no glue layer degumming, clean residual glue from the glass edge;
Grinding the edges of laminated glass, must be laminated before grinding the edges to avoid the appearance of V-grooves.
